The respondent No.1 has filed a suit for declaration that he is entitled to use right of way by way of easement by prescription. The Trial Court allowed the application for temporary injunction by judgment and order dated 31 March 2015. The appeal filed by the petitioner has been dismissed by the impugned order. The order of the Trial Court is in force at least since 31 March 2015. Hence, keeping all questions raised by the petitioner open to be agitated at the time of final hearing of the suit, the writ petition is disposed of.
