This is an application for condonation of delay of 96 days in filing Civil Revision Application challenging the Judgment and Order dated 02.07.2018 passed by the learned District Judge at Barshi in Misc. Civil Appeal No. 84 of 2014.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that Applicant has made out sufficient cause for not filing Civil Revision Application within time.

Civil Application is thus, allowed. The delay is condoned. Let the Civil Revision Application be registered subject to removal of office objections, if any.
