No one is present when the matter is called out. 2.
Notice is already served to the first informant but no one has appeared. Learned APP submitted that the trial has started and four witnesses have been examined. He prayed for expediting the trial. 3.
In view of that, there is no point in considering the merits of the Application. A Special Judge under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 is at liberty to expedite the trial. If it is not finished within six months, Applicant is at liberty to apply for bail and it will be considered on the basis of merits, then available. 4.
