This application is preferred by acquiring body for condonation of 166 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 28.04.2014 passed by the Reference Court in Land Reference No. 01 of 2006.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and averments made in Sneha Chavan 1/2

17 caf 1079­15=.doc civil application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out the case for allowing the civil application. Hence, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which reads thus:

"a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone 166 days of delay in filing above mentioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 28.04.2014 passed by the Learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Kolhapur in L.A.R. No. 1/2006."
