Present writ petition takes exception to order dated 21st November 2013, thereby directing petitioners/original defendant Nos. 7, 8, and 9 to pay interim maintenance of Rs. 3,000/- per month to respondents/original plaintiffs. Impugned order was passed in year 2013. When present writ petition was posted before this Court on 14th December 2018, none appeared for petitioners. Today also, none appears for the petitioners. 2.

In that view of the matter, it appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting present writ petition. The writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
