Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned counsel for the Respondent.

By this application, the Applicant is seeking transfer of Marriage Petition No.133 of 2023 from Family Court, Satara to Family Court, Pune.

It is contention of learned counsel for the Applicant that Respondent stays at Pune. The Applicant is finding difficult to attend the Court dates at Satara. Hence, matter be transferred to Family Shantanu S. Dhudum 1/2

Learned counsel for the Respondent strongly objected to allow the application on the ground that no specific grounds are mentioned for transfer the application. The Respondent stays at Satara, hence requested to reject the application. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel.

The bailiff report produced on record shows that the Respondent stays at Pune. Considering this fact, I pass following order:

ORDER

i. The application is allowed.

ii. The Marriage Petition No.133 of 2023 pending before Family Court, Satara be transferred to Family Court, Pune.
