By order dated 12.04.2018, C.R.A. was dismissed and on the oral application made on behalf of the applicant, eviction decree was stayed for a period of 12 weeks. Mr. Kulkarni states that applicant has not challenged the order and has handed over possession of the suit premises to the respondent in August 2018. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are necessary. Order accordingly.
