Learned Advocate for the Appellant and Respondent No.1 jointly tendered photocopy of the Consent Terms entered into between the parties. They stated that same Consent Terms were filed in Second Appeal Nos.834/2016 with 838/2016 and in view of the Consent Terms, both the Second Appeals were disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 06th July, 2017. Further, the learned Advocate for the parties stated that the present Appeal is also intended to be disposed of by way of clause (c) of paragraph no.3 of the Consent Terms.

2) Hence, the Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as 'X'. The said clause (c) in paragraph no.3 of the Consent Terms reads thus :- " 3(c).

It is also agreed between the parties that both the parties will withdraw all Civil and Criminal cases pending in all 1/2

Sarla Angaj Shall also be withdrawn if any. " 3) In view thereof and the statement made by the learned Advocate for the Appellant and Respondent No.1 that this Appeal be disposed of as per the Consent Terms, the Appeal stands disposed of. 4) The said Consent Terms shall be part and parcel of this Order.
