Present civil revision application arises out of judgment and decree dated 23rd November 2016 passed by Civil Judge, Junior Division, Solapur in Regular Civil Suit No.853 of 2016. It appears that during pendency of civil revision application, Regular Civil Suit No.853 of 2016 has been finally decided vide judgment dated 30th September 2019.
