The original defendant Nos.1 to 6 have filed the present writ petition challenging order passed by the Courts below directing parties to the suit to maintain status quo till disposal of the suit.

The Trial Court passed the order on 3rd February 2014. This order is in force for last 10 years; hence, it will be in the fitness of things that the said order is continued during the pendency of the suit and the Trial Court is directed to decide the suit as expeditiously as possible.

Hence, following order:

(i) The writ petition is disposed of by directing the Trial Court to decide the Regular Civil Suit No.134 of 2013 as

The writ petition stands disposed of in above terms. No costs.
