Learned Counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this application, in view of the subsequent developments that have taken place pursuant to the orders dated 8th February, 2019 and 7th September, 2018. He submits that pursuant to the 156(3) order passed by the learned Magistrate, the police have now registered an FIR. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an appropriate petition/application for quashing of the FIR or any other relief.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been heard on merits. Since there is an order operating in favour of the applicants passed by this Court on 8th February, 2019, that no coercive action be taken against the applicants, the same to be continued only for a period of two weeks from today, to enable the applicants to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs.
