The order impugned in the writ petition is passed by the Commissioner in exercise of power under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 against which the petitioners have remedy by way of second revision under Section 257 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. 2.

Hence, keeping all contentions raised by the parties in the writ petition open to be agitated before the second revisional authority, the writ petition stands disposed of. (AMIT BORKAR, J.)
