The present Writ Petition arises out of Complaint (ULP) No.134 of 2005, i.e., filed before Industrial Court at Kolhapur. An interim order was passed thereby granting stay to transfer order dated 10th October 2005, whereby services of Respondent No.2 were transferred from one brach to another branch.

The record indicates that during pendency of this Petition, Complaint (ULP) No.134 of 2005 has dismissed for want of prosecution.
