Applicant is apprehending his arrest in C.R. No. 623 of Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.09.15 15:09:28 +0530 2024 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, District: Solapur for offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant's name is not mentioned in the F.I.R. and he is named as a witness. Hence, requested to allow the application. 1/3

Learned APP submits that applicant has not been chargesheeted and he is named as a witness. Hence, requested to pass appropriate orders. She has produced the report of the Investigating Officer. It is taken on record. 5.

I have heard both learned counsel, perused F.I.R. and report produced by Mr. Tanajai Darade, Police Inspector, Crime, Foujdar Chawdi Police Station, District: Solapur. In the report, it is mentioned that in the investigation, no role of the applicant is found in the said crime.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

In the event of arrest, applicant be enlarged on bail in C.R. No. 623 of 2024 registered with Faujdar Chawadi Police Station, District: Solapur on furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. II.

The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.

III.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence or attempt to influence or contact the complainant, witnesses or 2/3

any person concerned with the case.

IV.

All concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order. 7.

Application is disposed of in above terms.
