Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. 2.

The petitioner has filed her affidavit-undertaking dated 09.06.2022 and the same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The petitioner confirms the statements made and undertakings given in the affidavit.

We have interacted with the petitioner and respondent No.2, both who are present before the court today. Both state that they have settled the dispute amicably. In view thereof, petition stands allowed in terms of prayer clause "a", which reads thus:- Ethape D.A.

P.C. may issue appropriate writ, order and/or direction and quash and set aside the impugned FIR in C.R. No. 426/2021 registered with Vijaypur Naka Police Station and subsequently all proceedings arising therefrom qua the Petition." 4.
