Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that charge -sheet has been fled against the applicant. In pursuant to that the applicant had preferred an application for bail before the Sessions Court. It is submitted that the applicant be allowed to withdraw this application with liberty to pursue the application for bail before the Sessions Court.

In view of the submission, application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to pursue application for bail before the Sessions Court. Bail Application No.251 of 2020 stands disposed of.
