He tenders Affidavit dated 18th June 2025 of the Appellant Vijay Kashiram Vishwasrao. In the Affidavit dated 18th June 2025, Dusane

28 SA 100.14 + CAS.DOC it is stated that the dispute in the Second Appeal is about family property and same has been settled amicably and therefore the Appellant seeks withdrawal of the Second Appeal. 3.

Accordingly, in view of Affidavit dated 18th June 2025 of the Appellant, the Second Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
