As the offence is inter alia under Sections 8, 12 and 17 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, this Court by Order dated 18th January 2024 issued notice to Respondent No.2.

It appears that as spare copy of the application is not provided, notice could not be issued to the Respondent No.2. However, Mr. Purwant, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant has submitted praecipe seeking withdrawal of the Bail Application, as Charge-sheet has been fled after fling of this Bail Application. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such.
