In this writ petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 4th December, 2010 passed by the Appellate Court by which the appeal preferred by the respondents has been allowed and the order dated 4th October, 2010 passed by the trial court granting injunction in favour of the petitioner/plaintiff has been set aside.

A Bench of this Court had, while entertaining the writ petition, passed an interim order on 17th March, 2011. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the civil suit, i.e., Regular Civil Suit No. 86 of 2010 itself has been decided.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
