Accordingly, matter was relegated to Registrar (Judicial) of this Court for verification of consent terms and parties. The learned Registrar has place on record a report of verification, observing that parties have acknowledged and confirmed their respective signatures on consent terms and, upon due explanation, they accepted the same to be correct and binding upon them.

The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Exhibit- "X" for identification. There are supporting affidavits of respective parties thereby affirming contends of consent terms. 3.

In result, present Civil Revision Application stands disposed of in accordance with Consent Terms placed on record and marked as Exhibit-X.
