By this petition, the petitioners seek a direction to the respondent No.1 to initiate appropriate legal action against the respondent Nos.2 to 5 for abusing their position and office and for not registering an FIR/complaint of standing crop against the persons concerned, on the basis of the petitioners complaint. Since, we were not inclined to entertain the aforesaid petition, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach appropriate authorities for redressal of their grievances i.e. the State Police Complaint Authority/Divisional Police Complaint Authority as well as the Civil Court.

Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. All contentions of all parties are kept open. DR. NEELA GOKHALE, J.
