The present Writ Petition is filed for following prayer: "This hon'ble Court be pleased to issue writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, orders or directions calling for papers and proceedings in respect of Petitioners file pertaining to FL-III and CL-III Licences of the Petitioners at Village Talmavali (Taigadewadi), Taluka Patan, District Satara and after scrutinizing the validity and legality thereof the order passed by Respondent No.3 bearing No.BPA.112019/Prohibition/3390 dated 26.12.2019 be quashed and set aside"

In that view of matter, nothing survives for consideration in Writ Petition. Writ Petition stands disposed off as infructuous.
