By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner seeks the following reliefs : "(b) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, directions, or order thereby quash and set-aside the impugned tender Exh. "B" issued by Respondent No.1 for the excavation of sand.

(c) That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to grant stay to the effect, operation and implementation of the impugned tender Exh. "B" be stayed."

The impugned tender issued by Respondent No.1 annexed as Exhibit 'B' to the Writ Petition has been withdrawn. The statement to this effect issued by the Collector, Satara dated 9th February, 2022 is tendered in Court. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. In view thereof, the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition is disposed off as withdrawn. The above Civil Application also stands disposed off as infructuous.
