Motion is made for speaking to the minutes of Order dated 19 December 2023. It is submitted that in the first para of the order, the name of the Petitioner has been erroneously mentioned as 'Shri. Bhagwan Jorvar', when infact Petitioner's correct name is 'Balwant Bhagwan Jorvar'. Accordingly, in the first para line fifth, the words 'Shri. Bhagwan Jorvar' be replaced with 'Shri. Balwant Bhagwant Jorvar'. 2.
