Extension is sought to decide Regular Civil Appeal No. 72 of 2023. I direct the learned District Judge-3 and Additional Sessions Judge, Kolhapur seized with hearing of Reg. Civil Appeal No. 72 of 2023 to hear and decide the same expeditiously and if so required on a day to day basis. The reasons given in the letter seeking extension by the learned Judge are not acceptable at all. If parties do not cooperate and remain present, the Judge knows what orders are required to be passed. It appears that the Judge is waiting endlessly for all parties to come together and remain present in front of the Court. Such a reason is not acceptable. Though extension as desired by the learned Judge is granted by this Court but that is only on account of one of the reason mentioned in the letter of the Principal District &
1.WP-620-2008.doc Sessions Judge, Kolhapur relating to some other trial with which the Judge was occupied. Considering that, now that particular reason is no longer available, the learned District Judge is directed to decide the RCA within the extended period of 6 (six) months from today. [ MILIND N.
