CORAM : A. M. BADAR, J.
DATE : 01st JULY, 2016 P.C. :
Perused the letter dated 9th June, 2016, requesting for extension of time of three months to dispose of the sessions case no. 22/2015. Though learned counsel for the Applicants / accused opposed the request of extension of time prayed by the learned Additional Sessions
SPB/ 2/2 901-ba13-139-892-2476.doc Judge, Satara, I see no reason to refuse the extension of time, as prayed. Sessions case cannot be decided by directing the learned trial court to close evidence and deliver judgment only because the time, as granted by this court for disposal for the trial, comes to end. There should be finality to the decision.
Hence, extension as prayed by the learned trial court for disposing the trial is granted.
