This preacipe is moved for speaking to the minutes of judgment dated 21st November 2024, this Court has partly allowed the Appeal. In the operative part of the order in Point No.(ii) 'enhanced amount of Rs.2 lakhs' is wrongly mentioned, it should be 'enhanced amount of Rs.2.75 lakhs'. 3.
