Appeal is already admitted and process under Section 390 of Cr.P.C. is already issued. Consequently the respondent is represented by learned Advocate Mr. Anand Patil who is present today in the Court. None present for the appellant. There is office objection mentioning that the requisite Court fee has not been paid and time was granted. Within two weeks from today, requisite court fees shall be paid and the office objection shall be removed failing which the present matter shall stand dismissed for want of prosecution.
