None for the petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 states that in view of the subsequent development of passing of the order dated 26th December, 2014, by the District Education Officer(Secondary), the petitioner has been absorbed in Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, Satara, where he has already joined and he is no more in the school run by the 3rd respondent and as a result, the petition has rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid statement and considering the order dated 26th December, 2014, we find that the submission made by Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.16 WP 461.2005 learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 to be correct. As a result, we dismiss this petition as infructuous. The interim order dated 17th August, 2009, passed in civil application No.1624 of 2009 stands vacated.

In view of the dismissal of the petition, civil application Nos. 1624 of 2009 and 2857 of 2015 will not survive for consideration and the same are, accordingly, disposed.
