The applicants came to be arrested in Crime No. 255 of 2021 registered at Shahuwadi police station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

I have heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the leaned APP for the respondent-State and perused the charge-sheet. MJ Jadhav 1 / 2

The deceased was daughter-in-law of applicant No. 1. The marriage of the deceased was solemnized with the son of the applicant No. 1 namely Rajendra Jadhav, who is co-accused in the present crime.

The allegations of the murder are against the husband of the deceased. According to the prosecution, after the alleged murder, the present applicants helped him (the husband of the deceased) to dispose of the dead body of the deceased. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am inclined to release the applicants on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:

(i) Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant No. 1- Amrut Anandrao Jadhav and the applicant No. 2- Somnath Parshuram Jadhav shall be released on bail in Crime No. 255 of 2021 registered at Shahuwadi police station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 498-A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.
