In compliance with the order of this Court passed on 8th December, 2023, the Petitioner is informed to have joined the Respondent No.3-school pursuant to a transfer order. 2.

The transfer was effected on 31st October, 2017, whereas he has joined the duties on 12th December, 2023.

As regards the issue of back-wages is concerned, admittedly Petitioner's services considering the inquiry report dated 25th January, 2019 issued under the signature of Education Extension Officer, Digitally signed by PRIYA RAJESH SOPARKAR Date:

(Secondary), Jilha Parishad, Solapur, direction issued by the Education Officer, (Secondary) Jilha Parishad, Solapur on 9th February, 2021 which was after hearing the respective parties to the petition and similarly, the communications issued by the Education Officer, (Secondary) on 21st September, 2021 to the Respondents No.1, 2 and 3, we deem it appropriate to direct the Respondents No.1 to 3 who submit the salary bills of the Petitioner with effect from 1st November, 2017 till 11th December, 2023 to the office of the Education Officer. The salary bills should be submitted within a period of four weeks from today complete in all respect. The Petitioner to extend all necessary cooperation for signing those bills. However, the requisite documents must be submitted by the Respondents No.1 to 3. Once the bills are received, we direct the Respondent - Education Officer to deal with the same.

Having regard to the aforesaid communications, Education Officer to take a decision as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such bills. The decision taken by the Education Officer on the bills submitted by the Respondents No.1 to 3 towards payment of back-wages to the Petitioner be communicated to both i.e. Petitioner and Respondents

No.1 to 3.

Needless to clarify, the Petitioner shall have the opportunity to challenge the decision in case the order of the Education Officer is adverse to his interest.
