The learned Sessions Judge, Barshi, Dist. Solapur is therefore requested to decide the same within the time frame of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

It is informed that non-bailable warrant has been issued against the Petitioner herein. He is in police service. He undertakes to appear before the Trial Court on the next date i.e., 23rd January, 2023. 1/2
