Hear Mr. S. G. Kudle, learned Counsel for the Petitioner/Applicant.

Mr. Mali, learned AGP would submit that the copy of the application is just now served on him and he would go through the

Mr. Rahul Patil, holding for Mr. Yuvraj Narvankar representing the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2, would submit that the liberty be given to Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to file their reply affidavit. He would seek time of two weeks to file such reply. 4.

Mr. S. G. Kudle, learned Counsel for the Petitioner would however vehemently oppose such request and would demonstrate that these are the delaying tactics on the part of the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 to avoid the claim of the Applicant. 5.

Considering this, two weeks time is granted to the Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 as a last chance to file their reply affidavit.

The Respondent Nos. 1 and 2 shall file their reply affidavit within such two weeks ensuring service of its advance copy to Mr. S. G. Kudle.

List the matter on 27th November, 2025.
