Heard the Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners and the Learned AGP for the State. The above Writ Petition is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to call for relevant record and proceedings from the office of Respondent No.1 and after going through the legality, validity and propriety of the same, and direct the Respondent No.2 to hear and decide Revision Application as transferred by order dated 5.3.2020 passed by Respondent No.1 within time bound period of 4 weeks and/or as directed by this Hon'ble Court. For that purpose issue appropriate Writ and/or order." 2.

Respondent No.2 shall give a hearing to all the concerned parties/persons and pass a speaking order in the Revision Application, within a period of four weeks from today.
