The facts of this case are similar to the facts of the Writ Petition No.8966 of 2021 decided on 21st February 2022 and, therefore, this

2/2 912 wp 1257.22.doc petition is allowed for the same reasons on which the said Writ Petition has been allowed by this Court.

Respondent No.2 is directed to enter the name of the Petitioner in Shalarth system and allow the Petitioner's Shalarth ID as a peon in the aided school of Petitioner No.2 within a period of one week from the receipt of this order.

Respondent No.2 is further directed to release all the arrears of salary of the Petitioner from the date of appointment immediately upon allotment of Shalarth ID to the Petitioner. 6.

Rule accordingly. No costs.
