The above Petition challenges the order at Exhibits D dated 03/12/2012 and the orders at Exhibits F and J both dated 31/12/2012. The said orders relate to the election of the Respondent No.3 Sakhar Karkhana. Shri Rawool, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent No.3 - Sakhar Karkhana states that the elections have already been held by the State Co­ operative Election Authority constituted for the said purpose. In view thereof, nothing survives for consideration in the above Petition. The above Petition to accordingly stand disposed of.
