The applicant had earlier approached this court for his release on bail vide Criminal Bail Application No.2413 of 2019. I had rejected that application vide order dated 19/09/2019. Learned counsel for the applicant fairly pointed out that order to me today. He submits that, in view of that order he is not pressing the present application. However, he submitted that the applicant was arrested on 12/11/2018 and he is the only accused who is in custody in this case. Therefore, trial be expedited. Gokhale

Considering this request, since the applicant is in custody from that date, I am inclined to expedite the trial. The applicant has otherwise prayed for unconditional withdrawal of this application.
