By this application, the applicant is challenging the order dated 13th December 2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, IRESH MASHAL Kolhapur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 66 of 2022. By the said Digitally signed by IRESH MASHAL Date:

2025.12.15 19:16:34 +0530 order, the learned Sessions Judge cancelled the bail of the applicant. 2.

It is contention of learned counsel for applicant that the learned Sessions Judge has cancelled the bail of the applicant on the ground that the applicant had not attended the police station as per the bail condition. The applicant is attending the police station in other three cases. Learned counsel for the applicant undertakes to attend the police station as mentioned in the bail condition and

requested to allow the application.

It is contention of learned APP that charge-sheet is not filed. Investigation is in progress. The applicant is not attending the police station. Proclamation is issued against the applicant. Hence, requested to reject the application.

I have heard both learned counsel, perused the impugned order. The applicant is already released on bail. His bail is cancelled as he has breached the bail condition. The applicant undertakes to attend the police station as directed in the original bail order. 5.

Considering these facts, I pass following order:

O R D E R

I.

The application is allowed.

II.

The impugned order dated 13th December 2024 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kolhapur in Criminal Misc. Application No. 66 of 2022 is hereby quashed and set aside subject to payment of cost of Rs. 25,000/- payable to Maharashtra Legal Services Authority. III.

The applicant be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 15,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.

IV.

The applicant shall abide by the conditions imposed by the learned Sessions Judge in the original bail order. V.

The applicant shall attend office of Economic Offences Wing, Kolhapur on Saturday instead of Sunday, as mentioned in the original bail order.

The application is allowed and disposed off.
