The Petitioner has filed this Petition challenging order dated 7th February 2024, whereby learned District Judge declined to continue order of status quo which was granted in Appeal on 14th February 2019. The impugned order suggest that continuation of interim status quo was declined on the ground that on previous date, there was no express order directing continuation of status quo. 2.

Apparently, Appeal filed by Petitioner/Original Plaintiff is pending before learned District Judge against judgment and decree dated 7th September 2019 passed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Suresh 1/2

21-WP-1069-2025 (correction).doc Division, Sangli in Regular Civil Suit No.59 of 2019 filed by Petitioner/Plaintiff. In this background, Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.

Learned District Judge, Sangli, shall endevour to expeditiously decide pending Appeal, and in any case, within a period of four months from today. Till final decision of Appeal, parties to maintain status quo as regards to suit property. (S. G. CHAPALGAONKAR, J.) Suresh 2/2
