By an order dated 10th February 2023, this Court had directed the 2nd Joint Civil Judge Junior Division, Tasgaon, District Sangli to dispose of Regular Civil Suit No.156 of 2014 at the earliest and preferably within a period of eight months from the date of the order.

By letter dated 7th February 2023, the learned Judge has requested for extension of time for disposal of the said suit. 3.

Considering the contents of the letter, the time period for disposal of the Regular Civil Suit No.156 of 2014 is extended by a period of one month from today.
