All these three applications can be disposed of by a common order.

Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 131/2017 for offence punishable under Sections 387, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34

2 8.227.19 ba.doc of the Indian Penal Code, Crime No. 132/2017 for offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code & Crime No. 129/2017 for offence punishable under sections 387, 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur. The prosecution case is applicant has sold non existing plot of lands and duped the complainants.

Applicant has executed the offence in question along with his other family members, her sons and her husband. So as to show bonafides, applicant has deposited an amount of Rs. 5,00,000/­ in this Court. Considering the fact that applicant is already charge­ sheeted and apart from six offences there are no antecedents, in my opinion, case for grant of bail is made out.

(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime nos. 131/2017, 132/2017 and 129/2017 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/­ in each crime with one or more sureties in the like

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Till framing of charge­sheet, applicant shall remain outside the jurisdiction of Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur.

(D) If applicant is found in similar type of offence, prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail. Applications stand disposed of.
