The present Writ Petition is arising out of Election Petition No.28 of 2003, which was dismissed by learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli vide Judgment and Order dated 31st December 2015. The subject matter of Election Petition was election for period of 2003-2008, which is already expired.

In that view of matter, nothing survives for consideration in Writ Petition and same shall disposed of.
