By this application, Applicant seeks permission to bring on record heirs of deceased Bapu Daulu Patil, i.e., sole Respondent in Second Appeal.

The learned counsel appearing for Applicant contends that parties have amicably settled their dispute and wish to record terms of compromise.

Looking to submissions of Applicant and reasons stated in application, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
