Ms. Kapadia states that petitioner's representation dated 6th December 2018 should have been made to respondent no.3 and not respondent no.1. Ms. Kapadia further states that petitioner's representation would be considered and disposed in accordance with law within such period as the Court may direct.

In view of above, respondent no.1 is directed to transfer the representation to respondent no.3 within one week of uploading of this order and respondent no.3 shall dispose the representation in accordance with law on or before 31st October 2024.
