Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that, after fling this petition the approval is granted by Respondent No. 3, however, petitioner has not received arrears of salary as well as regular salary. He prays that, Respondent No. 4- Management and Respondent No. 3- Education Offcer may be directed to ensure that, the petitioner gets arrear of salary so also regular salary. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 4 on instructions submits that, within one week from today, the management will submit the proposal to the Respondent No. 2 and 3. Bhagyawant Punde

Upon receiving such proposal by Respondent No 2 and 3 shall take the decision on said proposal as expeditiously as possible, however, within 4 weeks from receiving such proposal. 4.

With the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
