Present civil revision application takes exception to order dated 30th November 2021, passed below Exhibit 28, on an application seeking rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908.

Learned advocate appearing for applicants fairly concedes that Regular Civil Suit No. 132 of 2020 was withdrawn and disposed of on 27th January 2023.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in civil revision application. The civil revision application stands disposed of as infructuous.
