In the light of the subsequent development and now that a certified true copy of the order of the Scrutiny Committee granting Caste Validity Certificate in favour of Respondent No.4 is produced, this Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh Petition on same cause of action but with a Aswale 1/2
