Mr. Mangle seeks leave to withdraw Appeal in view of parties having arrived at an amicable settlement. At the same time, Mr. Mangle states there are certain documents like Provident Fund, Passport as well as the Registration Certificates of three vehicles which Respondent was to handover two weeks ago but has not been handed over. 2.

Mr. Korgaave also seeks leave to withdraw the Cross Objections (ST) No. 23453 of 2021, the same also dismissed as withdrawn. 6.
