The consent terms are signed by respondent no.4 for herself and as power of attorney holder of the appellant and respondent nos.2 and 3. Respondent no.5 has

They admit their signature and the terms of consent terms to be true and correct. The power of attorney in favour of respondent no.4 is also annexed to the consent terms.

The parties are identified by their respective advocates. The consent terms dated 4th February 2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' with today's date for identification. 3.

I have perused the consent terms. The terms agreed between the parties are legal and valid. The assurances recorded in the consent terms are accepted as an undertaking to this Court. 4.

The second appeal is disposed of in terms of consent terms. 5.

The impugned decree passed in Regular Civil Appeal No.212 of 2016 stands modified in terms of consent terms. 6.

In view of disposal of the second appeal, pending interim application is disposed of as infructuous.
