DATE: AUGUST 10, 2021 P.C.:- 1] These proceedings are taken out by Applicant-wife under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure, seeking transfer of pending proceedings for divorce from the file of Family Court, Pune to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Malshiras. Both the parties i.e. Applicant and Non-Applicant are personally present before this Court and are identified by their respective Counsel. 2] Joint consent terms are tendered before this Court duly signed by the parties and their respective Advocates wherein they have agreed for converting existing proceedings for divorce to that of proceedings for divorce by mutual consent, so also other proceedings viz D.V. Act 1/2

11. MCA-17-2021.doc proceedings are to be disposed of in terms of the Consent Terms. Respondent offered one time alimony and same is accepted by the Applicant-wife. As the parties hereto have agreed to settled their disputes which are subjudice in pending proceedings before the Pune Court and the Court of Magistrate, it will be appropriate in my opinion to dispose of the present application in terms of the consent terms tendered in this Court.

3] Parties hereto agree that they shall abide by terms as are agreed in the Consent Terms and shall discharge their respective responsibilities to which they have agreed to in the Consent Terms which are taken on record and marked as "X" for the purpose of identification.

4] Application as such stands disposed of in terms of the above Consent Terms.
